Temples and shrines are everywhere!

No matter which area of Kyoto you live in, there are shrines and temples nearby.

I live near Toji Temple, so yesterday I went to the Toji Temple light-up event! It's very beautiful and a nice date spot 🌟.

There is always a line out the door, but since I went on a weekday just before closing time, there weren't that many people and I was able to get in right away.

I recommend the Toji area because it's close to Kyoto station and the rent is cheaper than in central Kyoto!
